耐火水泥常指铝酸钙为主要成分的水泥。耐火水泥是不定形耐火材料,特别是浇注耐火材料的基本结合剂。其化学组成主要是Al2O3和CaO,有的还含有相当多的Fe2O3和SiO2。矿物组成有以下五种矿物:铝酸一钙CaO·Al2O3(CA)、二铝酸钙CaO·2Al2O3(CA2)、七铝酸十二钙12CaO·7Al2O3(C12A7)三种化合物以及含夹杂物的钙黄长石2CaO·Al2O3·SiO2(C2AS)、铁铝酸四钙4CaO·Al2O3·Fe2O3(C4AF)等构成。通常根据其化学矿物组成分为三类

Refractory cement often refers to the cement of calcium aluminate as the main component. Refractory cement is an amorphous refractory, especially a basic binder for pouring refractory materials. The properties of refractory cement mainly depend on its mineral composition. The main mineral composition of refractory cement is calcium aluminate (CA), which has high water and hard activity. The hydration and hardening of two calcium aluminate (CA2) is slow, the early strength is lower and the later strength is higher. As to the fact that C2AS basically does not produce hydration, it can not show its strength.

  快硬性的C12A7和C4AF的量较高。因此高铝水泥的量也将因含有该铝酸盐不同而变化。如果在浇注耐火材料中加入过多含有(C12A7或C4AF为主成分的高铝水泥,将因集中性而使浇注料硬化体中水分激烈蒸发而引起裂纹和表面剥落等。所以,选择水泥的用量和质量是十分重要的。

  耐火水泥是在常温和高温下皆可起结合作用的一类结合剂(性结合剂)。其耐火性能的优劣对不定形耐火材料的影响为重要。一般而论,水泥中含Fe2O3愈高,其耐火性愈低。含钙铝酸盐种类、含量影响水泥耐火性。实践表明,普通高铝水泥在低于1300使用,高铝水泥在低于1500使用,低钙高铝水泥(高铝水泥)在高于1600温度使用。

Fast hard C12A7 and C4AF have higher fever. Therefore, the calorific value of the high alumina cement will vary with the aluminate. If a lot of high alumina cement containing C12A7 or C4AF is added into the refractory, it will cause cracks and spalling on the surface of the castable hardening body because of the concentrated heat. Therefore, it is very important to choose the quantity and quality of cement.

Refractory cement is a kind of bond (permanent bond) that can play a binding role at both normal and high temperatures. The effect of the fire resistance is very important to the influence of the amorphous refractory. Generally speaking, the higher the Fe2O3 in cement, the less the fire resistance. The type and content of calcium aluminate affect the fire resistance of cement. Practice shows that ordinary high alumina cement is used below 1300 C, high alumina cement is below 1500 C, and low calcium and high alumina cement (high alumina cement) is used at temperatures above 1600 C.
